Wow! I was going to suggest that we post a photo-shopped picture of her...but I doubt we can make her any more repulsive than she is already...she is to be pittied, not attacked.

Seriously, her looks pretty much explains her actions. I can easily see why she hates Sarah so much that she'd attack a sweet, innocent Downs Syndrome child.
