I wear socks with my sandals, do the cooking, help with the dishes, and have a lisp...But for some reason, nobody ever calls me effeminate.

I wouldn't either, but I have to ask, what is with the socks with sandals? I hope the socks are at least white!

I live in Minnesota and prefer to keep my toes.

Except like this weekend, when I led Mrs. Whisk and the cubs (ok, this time the cubs led me on a round-trip overnight from Minneapolis to Hudson, WI and back. A metric century, more or less, each way.

Yesterday was great but we had wicked headwinds and 89 degrees for the way home this afternoon.

I need a beer.
