The authorities have been wrong before and have released terrorists who have gone back and killed Americans again. What makes them think they will be accurate this time, when they are being released into our neighborhoods?

I don't even like the idea of their being put in federal prisons. Can our federal prison guards handle all those Freddy Kruegers, who will risk their own lives to kill their guards?
