But it didn't stop her later, when she wrote for GHW Bush, from slapping Reagan's accomplishments in the face by giving Bush the words "kinder gentler nation" to distinguish his agenda from that mean old Reagan.

Noonan is a girl from East Rutherford High School in the swamps Jersey calls the Meadowlands. She went to Farleigh Dickinson, Madison, as distinguished from FDU Rutherford or FDU Madison. She affects the accent of Bill Buckley and the airs of Gore Vidal. She is a talented writer but more and more she is a modern female Jay Gatsby. An outsider who longs to live the life of the elite.
