Interesting - So this policy was put into place under Bush.Yeah, but just as Homeland Security went sinister once O took over, so did the Census Bureau.
The Bush administration initiated policies that were relatively benign while he still held office. But all of the machinery was left intact for the bad guy who moved in after him. Who can blame O for making use of the gifts left for him?
