I happened to be outside when a woman showed up to mark my house. She went right up to the portico where she used the GPS unit.
Lucky me, I also got notice this week that they are changing my water and utility meters to Smart tech for the grid.
Ok, so that’s who I saw yesterday. Some lady in my neighbors yard with a hand held device. Been wondering all day what she was doing.
Does this mean if we give the wrong answer, vote the wrong way, show up on the “extremist” lists, etc, all they need to do is switch our address to “off” on the utility grid???
