Does this mean if we give the wrong answer, vote the wrong way, show up on the “extremist” lists, etc, all they need to do is switch our address to “off” on the utility grid???

I can see it now. A nice middle class, recently prosperous factory owner, Chinese family sitting down to lunch has the real estate channel on, looking at our houses, deciding where they’ll emigrate to, and that’s next.
