Morning.
This is your mission, should you choose to accept it.

We have a patient, 18 yo male.

Woken up by nausea, followed by vomiting.
No fever in the morning.

Vomited 6 or more times throughout the day, developed fever of 100.5f.

Able to keep very small amounts of water down.

If it were female, my first choice would be pregnant.

Achy joints? Headache? Disorientation?
Take him to the nearest doctor.

Do not pass GO! Do not collect $200 dollars.
If nothing else, try to spoon some chicken broth down him.

The Miscellaneous Stomach Crud. Water is actually more difficult to keep down than some other beverages. 7-up (or your local equivalent) with a bit of cranberry juice is much better.
