Aren't pirates fair game for anyone by international law? Revive the old "Q Ships" (?), warships disguised as merchantmen. Attack, capture, locate bases, and obliterate them.

If Obama is a Muslim, it wouldn’t surprise me to see him pay off these Muslims to get the captain back.
