For $10 Obama can make it all go away. But he won't, because he will be exposed as a liar.

What is wrong with you people? Obama produced a JPEG on a website! Also, a Bill Ayers-connected fact check organization already verified it!
What more do you people need!?

This will never go away, no matter where the chips may fall...if the courts are truly afraid of riots like the scenario that has been offered, I say bring it on, the country will be better for it in the end.

The biggest question is why wouldnt the Congress institute a law to avoid this in the future, unless they already know the answer to this question.
If that were to be proven, would said Congressmen be complicit in this case federal fraud? Does Congress not implicate itself in sedition? Can they not be held equally accountable? Hmmm ...

The newest plaintiffs on the scene for lawsuits about Obamas birth certificate are a group of military personnel, some active, some reservists, and some retired. They all share the same concern, they dont think that our sitting President has the requirements set forth in the Constitution to be our President. And the first of them, the one filed by retired colonel Gregory Hollister, was just dismissed yesterday. Don't expect the rest to fare any better.

ya know there is something very fishy about this whole issue..just as you say for a few bucks this whole matter could be put to rest but instead Hussein spends hundreds of thousands of dollars fighting these various court actions in various states...maybe we should get Sandy Burglar to break into the Records Office in Hawaii and “borrow” Hussein's birth certificate. LOL

Hey Pissant, thanks for keeping this issue front and center on a regular basis. Your posts are much appreciated. And note how many responses you get on all of the postings. It’s a hot-button issue that needs to be pushed and pushed until there’s a full resolution to the “crisi” that Zerobama had created.

Someone in Arizona needs to ask Jon Kyl if HIS birth certificate has the Dr. name, the lenght, the wieth, the name of the father, the time, THE HOSPITAL, footprints, etc....etc...etc......Geesh!!

Keep the heat on this issue. It is critical to the Nation. This single issue most clearly represents the challenges to the Constitution by the leftists in our midst.

I saw on
Newsmax where a Clinton-appointed federal judge, James Robertson, threw out one of the cases, but it did not name the plaintiff.

Many cases have already been submitted concerning the same issues, but all so far have either been dismissed without comment, or dismissed on the grounds of no standing. Show the papers and it'll all go away. How many activist judges need to keep running interference?

My question is this........
There is a hospital in Hawaii that has the record or doesn’t have the record of when he was born there.
In their archives it exists or doesn’t exist...
How is this a difficult question?
What am I missing?

Here's how easy it is to settle such matters:
"If The Real Thing Don't Do The Trick" -- A Barracuda, Elvis & San Antone (Houston Press Thursday, Mar. 5 2009)
For a moment there, it seemed like a lost piece of Elvis Presley memorabilia was rediscovered. No, not the mason jar where they kept his stillborn twin brother Jesse Garon, but something almost as cool - a Plymouth Barracuda thought to have been bought by the King for one of his queens in 1971. Said car-slash-historical artifact wound up in the hands of Tulsa-based Leake Auction Company, which is auctioning the 'Cuda and around 300 other cars at San Antonio's Alamodome March 21...
The Ohio title listed the owner as Elvis Aaron Presley - but the Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles couldn't confirm or deny its authenticity.....until earlier today.
"[We] got a call first thing this morning...from the Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles that it was in fact a fraudulent title," Jennifer Tetley tells Hair Balls. She said "There were some little-bitty hiccups on the title that did not add up....We had eight digits - there should have been nine digits."
There was also a problem with the way the Ohio DMV's stamp appears on the title. Tetley assured Hair Balls that Leake never intended to mislead anyone, and while the sweet, sweet ride will still be auctioned off, it won't be advertised as Elvis's car. A freedom of information request should require that the POTUS reveal his birth certificate. He ran for the highest office, he should submit his creditials for public scrutiny.
Also, if you missed it...
Republican senator (Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz) says Snopes settled 'eligibility' (World Net Daily 3/6/09)

There is a hospital in Hawaii that has the record or doesnt have the record of when he was born there. Doubtfull. Hospitals very rarely keep records for that long.
