Maybe we need to do a poll—If anyone has experience with this sort of media campaign stuff, chime in please!
That is the idea - to incite upset. We want people to say "Hey isn't it wrong to fly the flag upside down?" Which give us a cause to say WHY we are doing it - A Nation in Distress! Flag protocol says the flag CAN be flown upside down as a signal of distress!
Remember people were pretty P.O.'d about the tea in the harbor - not everyone was on board!
