It is probably hard to plan these things. Most people don't know ahead of time that they will be arrested. So the safest thing to do is to wear your Obama shirt every single day. That way, when you are charged with a felony, at least everybody will know, you are an Obama Felon. Not just some apathetic, apolitical felon - you are a felon and your guy is Barack Obama.

do they bother with that if its a misdemeanor arrest?
“As suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court of law.” Sure.
The article says that as felons they won’t be able to vote for him a second time.
Someone should probably inform ACORN and Hussein’s core constituency.
(Of course, the fact is that, when arrested for their current felony, they’re more than likely to already have multiple prior felonies.)
Non-felon votes in places like Chicago are rolling over in their graves!

I have no experience in that area.

Most places use the computer to put the info on after the picture is taken. Everything is digital now.
