How Much Longer Can They Sell Darwinism?
From Sea to Shining Sea ^ | 1/4/09 | Purple Mountains

All across the country, archeologists, paleontologists and biologists are taking part in what is perhaps the greatest example of political correctness in history – their adherence to Darwinism and their attempts to ostracize any scientist who does not agree with them. In doing so, they are not only ignoring the vast buildup of recent scientific discoveries that seriously undermines the basics of Darwinism, but they are also participating, due to politically correctness, in a belief system that indirectly resulted in the deaths of millions of people – those slaughtered by the Stalins, the Hitlers, the Maos, the Pol Pots and others who took their cue from Darwinism’s tenets.

That makes every unexplained phenomenon a "miracle", at least until the laws of nature become better known.

Only to the scientist who wants to remove any need for God.

Now, now, simmer down.

Metmom and I are working out a contract to employ God.

She wants him to have to slave away for a week. I’m negotiating for *Bang, Zoom!*

That does not mean that the original design was imperfect.

Once corruption enters the picture, any system will deteriorate. That is not evidence of an imperfect design. That is merely evidence of a malfunctioning design because it became corrupted.

It just showed up on FR in recent months. Very appropriate in many situations.

[[Anyway, don’t bother your pretty little head. Just tell me about “hte mathematical impossibilities.” of evolution.]]

you know fukll well the impossibilities. You ALSO know full well the impossibilities associated with abiogensis- which are myriad- You also know it is impossible for amino acids to make hte leap to the necessary protiens, and you know it is impossible for DNA to survvie without first havign established the repair mechanisms- which is why Science abandoned that claim and instead are now tryign to claim life and info started with RNa- which ALSO has it serious problems associated with it

[[Start with an unknown atmosphere ...]]

Had rto be an atmosphere RIFE with incredibly intense destruction in order to ‘spark life’ (Which incidently would have destroyed it just as quickly)

[[containing unknown chemicals ...]]

Inknown chemicals? Ah but we do know the chemicals present which supposedly ‘sparked life’ (By the way, the ‘life’ that would have been sparked would have included both left and right hand amino acids which would have destroyed each other provided any escaped the destructive ofrces that ‘created them’

[[in unknown combinations ...]]

They do know the combinations- Are yo forgetting abotu hte famous tests that failed miserably?

[[and unknown proportions ...]]

you know, posting several rediculous questions won’t bolster your claim any- Proportions are known- Amino acids WERe created in a carefully controlled and isoalted lab scenario.

[[and over an unknown period of time...]]

According to who? Those with a priori assumptions? How long would it need? How do you know the earth has been around that long? What methods are you using to date these supposed long ages with?

[[under unknown and changing conditions ...]]

you know that htey changed how?

[[in an unknown number of generations...]]

What has the number ofr generations got to do with biological impossibilites?

[[demonstrate what’s impossible.]]

There’s plentyonline showing hte biological impossibilites- I’ve posted quite a bit before- knowck yourself out- I said I’ll tackle Ichy’s claims tomorrow, that will be work enough for me. in the meantime, it is biologically impossible for a species to gain non species specific/allowed info via the Darwinian mechanism that results in ever upward self assembly and increasing complexities- the ONLY way to get this info is through lateral gene transference which means that other species HAD to be prtesent in higher forms right fro mthe get go- but you run into several serious problems EVEN if this is the case as each species has built in parameters that prevent hte perversions to their kind that would be absolutely necessary IF macroevolution even has a spittign chance. Then you run into several other problems when tryign to alter the species in the absolutely necessary manner it would take to move htem beyond hteir own kinds which make it even more impossible if that were even possible.

For now though, Start with the ‘impossibility of amino acids changing to protiens’ issue- it just gets worse and worse fro mthat point forward biologically, as well as Mathematically! ‘Unkonwns’ about hte past aren;’t goign to prop your case up any UNLESS you beleive those unknowns were capable of bypassing biological realities in, oh, I dunno, A supernatural manner?

So . . . you're looking to give God a promotion, with an extended vacation?

Swell- bust out hte insults- ‘contempt for accuracy’? BS- you show me where I have ‘contempt for accuracy’ infact I DEMAND accuracy- somethign that is in short demand aroudn the campfires of Macroevolution

I made it clear I didn’t- Now who’s not paying attention? Shall I accuse you now of slovenly htought?

Your two paragraphs quoted above should show anyone quite neatly that your “DEMAND” for accuracy has, to put it mildly, its limits. The bits I've bolded somehow don't quite seem to be the work of someone with a passion for accuracy.

The second, in which you respond to my comment that you weren’t paying attention illustrates that you are, in fact, not paying attention. Here’s the evidence:

Gumlegs (To betty boop): Here's a link to just a small part of the case that's already been presented right here on FR.

You'll have to go through several years of posts, but you'll find a case composed of facts, evidence, and links to professional, scientific journals if you keep at it.(post 501)

Cottshop (replying to 501): Your link goes to a selection of threads- which thread is it in? (post 507).

You somehow missed the part I wrote stating "you'll have to go through several years of posts ..." Or did you think that "several years of posts" were all in one thread?

Gumlegs: “The link goes to the results of a poster search. The poster is Ichneumon. He posts on a variety of topics, but he’s particularly good on evolution. He’s not terribly polite, but then, this is FR.” (post 586).

Cottshop: You didn’t mention we had to search for Ichneumon- Woops- My mistake- I thought it was a huge list of many different posters- I see now it’s all Icvhy’s posts- sorry for the confusion on my part- I thoguht your link went to a general forum site with different posters- (post 586)

Of course, if you’d looked at the posts in the link before you complained about it, you would not have complained that “we had to search for Ichneumon.” I should have added "lazy," too. After typing,"You didn’t mention we had to search for Ichneumon-" you then noticed it was wrong, but you couldn't be bothered to correct it. Or was it more important to get the complaint on record even if you had to retract it in the very next line?

I’ll try and be more accommodating if you tell me your computer doesn’t have any backspace or delete keys.

I think God's pretty much a self-starter.

I'm just curious about what He's working on now.

What is a true miracle and how does one tell it apart from a non true miracle?

“Because every time something of a religious nature comes up, you try to explain it away using science, the very thing that you deny doing.”

That isn’t a factually correct representation of reality.
