All across the country, archeologists, paleontologists and biologists are taking part in what is perhaps the greatest example of political correctness in history their adherence to Darwinism and their attempts to ostracize any scientist who does not agree with them. In doing so, they are not only ignoring the vast buildup of recent scientific discoveries that seriously undermines the basics of Darwinism, but they are also participating, due to politically correctness, in a belief system that indirectly resulted in the deaths of millions of people those slaughtered by the Stalins, the Hitlers, the Maos, the Pol Pots and others who took their cue from Darwinisms tenets.

Miracles are not a scientific explanation, but the are evidence for the reality outside of the physical, “natural” world; that physical world which the scientific method can be used to study, test for, and evaluate. They are evidence of the supernatural intruding into the natural and violating the recognized laws that govern our universe.
Just because evidence is not *scientific* does not mean that it is not real, it is not true, it is not valid, that it cannot be used to support one’s viewpoint. All it means is that it is not *scientific*.
The big problem is that it’s all rejected as not real, true, valid because it doesn’t meet the criteria of being called science, as if science were the ultimate arbiter of all knowledge and reality.
But so what if it’s not scientific? It’s not wrong by default because of that and that’s exactly what we’re being told when we hear the *But it doesn’t agree with science* line. Maybe science is wrong.
I think that one is covered under “Glittering Generalities”.
Its not your fault. You are possessed by the Devil.
[[So if God had all these functions working neatly, properly, and correctly in an ape, why wouldnt He simply lift the blueprint for them, make the modifications necessary, and from this marvelous and proven template, make Man?]]
It is obvious that the two are similar- however, on the molecular biology level, there ARE billions of differences which make each completely unique and species specific- Any designer would use similar designs when creating completely new species kinds or objects- What works works- But it is what is different that seperates
Throw a stone over a fence and the dog that yelps is the one that got hit.
Can I answer? Can I? Can I?
All of it? No- A LOT of it? YES- You present one example of adaption after another, and claim they are examples of Macroevolution when clearly, when examined, they are NOT. But soem of what you post is itneresting- Irrelevent to the discussions about Macroevolution, but itneresting non-the-less- Always interestign to see how scientists distort the actual evidence.
No, I saw their actions and judged them based on the definition of Scientism. Sure, I used the example of the Christian religion as a comparison, but I could have used another religion, or a non-religious activity. In fact, I will now do so:
A man buys a bicycle, bicycle shorts and a bike helmet, rides his bike to and from work each day, subscribes to Biking magazine and enters several local bike races. By the measure I'm using he is a bicyclist. By the measure you're using, he has to stand up in a public forum and say "I, John Doe, am a bicylist" and if he hasn't, anyone who thinks he is a bicyclist is way out of line.
What't the practical difference between "scientism" and "heretics"?
Well, I'm sorry to tell you this, but it appears you don't even know the terms you're dealing with, because a person is only a heretic if they reject doctrines held by their own religion, not those of other religions. So, if I were to dispute the Resurrection, I'd be a heretic, but a Muslim who did so wouldn't be.
However, if we're going to discuss heathens, from the Christian point of view a Wiccan, a Buddhist and a guy who wants to wipe out religion so we can all bask in science's warm glowing warming glow would all be heathens. But from any point of view the last guy on that list would be a member of the scientism cult.
I've noticed you have a very convenient habit of ignoring questions asked of you and responding with questions of your own. I've answered every one of your questions, and I expect the same courtesy. You can start with this one:
Let's put aside the idea of religion. Do you really have any doubt that these particular individuals ascribe to the idea that "natural science has authority over all other interpretations of life, such as philosophical, religious, mythical, spiritual, or humanistic explanations?"
If I'm expected to make a well considered determination about that, it would help greatly to know exactly who these "particular individuals" are.
I confessed earlier in this discussion that I believe the earth to be about 6000 years old. Actually, I respect the Hebrew time line which is that Creation will have its 6000 year birthday about 2026. What a great time for Jesus to come back. Some end timers are looking at 2012 or whenever the Mayan calendar ends, but I think that ending in 2026 would be perfect. Then a 1000 year sabbath or rest with Christ.
Glad I was led to "play straight man" for your most excellent testimony!

OTOH, like you, that "still, small voice" has never led me wrong when faced with an apparently hopeless situation...
(I recall fondly the time when, as a young married couple, we had a single dime left -- and we kept it in a 35mm film can -- so we could rattle it and 'prove' to ourselves that we weren't "totally broke". Then, as we followed His counsel to patience, the blessings started pouring in...)
The Temple needs to be rebuilt first though- So far, it’s still not started- but htings certainly are looking ‘end-timish’ in the middle east- this hwole deal with Israel reacting (Finally) to Hammas’ instigations is really resounding all over the world, with many key end time players making hteir vioces known- But let’s not forget, even the Desciples thought hte end times were near, and htigns were very bad back then too- so who knows? The end could be near, but could be a logn way off too- Would be nice to rest though- twill be a time of great joy-
Do you mean AIG the insurance group with Al Qaida interest who just scammed the taxpayers out of billions? Do you reckon there is a special place in hell for guys like that?
“Easy one. It’s the same tactic used by the evos when they try to link creationists and IDers to islam, the Taliban, Nazis, the Inquistion, etc.”
Actually muslims do believe in the Old Testament and that they are descended from Abraham. They also believe that Jesus was a real man, a prophet but not the Son of God.
It is that third book, the Koran that gets them so effed up.
Welcome to my heresy.
What would have been a miracle 100 years ago is now a normal everyday occurrence.
The issue was with the generalization of *many*.
I really don’t know how many accept the 6,000 year old earth.
That would take a survey of the entire population of the US to determine, as simply believing that God created doesn’t automatically infer the YEC stand.
What with the way this world is going, 2026 might just about work. I don’t see that 2012 fits in with Bible prophecy, but that’s just my opinion.
I agree with you that we are not to cipher the end time, however we are in exciting times. Don’t we need a stray missile or something to clear the dome of the rock before the Temple can be re-built?
thanks for the site...will review later
this is really interesting when it is not annoying
[[What would have been a miracle 100 years ago is now a normal everyday occurrence.]]
No- many people called htings miracles that were NOT TRUE miracles- there is a plethora of claims of ‘miracles’ which are nothign but uncommon occurances- TRUE miracles such as Christ restorign the head of the Centurion that Peter cut off (Yes, the King James said it was an ear, however, there is some speculation based on origianl words, that it was the actual head- making hte due completely dead- that Christ restored-) This was a true miracle- Walking on water was a miracle- Raising hte dead (Lazaraus was dead- His body was Decaying) and others were raised from actual death- (Some ‘could be’ argued that they weren’t ‘completely dead’ if some so wished to and I wouldn’t really object- although I truly beleive they were dead- but can’t prove it- and there are cases of ‘dead people’ rising from ‘dead’ spontaniously, and cases where heart rythm was so weak, they were declared dead but lived for days in a much reduced state of being- so I wouldn’t argue about htis issue) And stuff liek turnign water into wine, restorign the sight of blind, healing leprosy instantly- etc- these are TRUE miracles, and are still concidered TRUE miracles 2000+ years later (The prophets performed TRUE miracles even longerago)
