The money is already gone, it's when the credit is gone that the revolution will come.

As with all brilliant statements, said with an economy of words. The credit will dry up shortly. Foreign banks are already trying to convert their dollar reserves into other assets, esp. gold and other precious metals. There will be utter calamity when U.S. paper is downgraded to AA (only a couple of steps above junk bond status).
