How long does it take the SCOTUS to come up with a decision? today has come and gone.. I have not seen or herd a peep about it..OJ simpson is all the rave on the news..

They did not take the case. The list of cases they took was released earlier today. IIRC, there were 4 cases on the list.

I’m told by a Supreme Court watcher that the lack of an announcement doesn’t mean the court definitely won’t hear Donofrio although he thinks it’s safe to say its unlikely the court won’t hear the case. The full orders aren’t due until Monday
