Yes...
But then again...There were so many British Loyalists present at the time of the writing of the Constitution....What they were looking for was "total allegiance" FOR ALL FUTURE PRESIDENTS.

After reading Donoforio’s blog, it would be a travesty if the Court didn’t hear the case but then, our country seems to be violating the Constitution on a daily basis of late.

He is not a natural born citizen, where he was born is not the big issue. The fact is his father was a british subject, therefore, so is he.

The only opinion I have on it is some confusion over why he won’t produce an official copy of it. MY children are required to present an official copy just to enter kindergarten in the public school system. What gives, BO?
