Anything attempted to be filed early this week was not going to conference on this Friday. If it is a matter requiring immediate attention, it won’t be held until the next regularly scheduled conference. When the Court needs to act in a hurry, they can do it.

Any delay the clerk can create at this time with the limited framework we have is a delay we cannot afford to have, and a delay that we cannot accept with a shrug...IMO.
