This looks like a retread of an earlier article in June/July written by Krawetz where he was just as rude & obnoxious about Polarik.
When the Supreme Court puts Polarik & Krawetz on the stand, we’ll see some interesting results. My impression is that Polarik will likely sucker Krawetz into his version of 3-card-monte that shut Palmer up.
There hardly seems any need to put anyone on the stand. All they really need do is subpoena the actual birth certificate to estabish the truth.
After that, of course, there could be steps taken to investigate the fraudulent COLB.
