Dear Girl, those are allthe same AP article. Here is the germane portion of that AP copy:
State officials say there's no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Friday she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.

The AP report's first line is not a statement supported by any official statement or they would have quoted that official. The best they could do was the second sentence -- that the officials hold Obama's original birth certificate. But the officials have not said anything more about that certificate they hold.

Google is nice, but it's not a intelligent and experienced human reading the article for what it actually means.

I echo what BVM said. The AP blew it and issued a false sdtatement, either intentionally, or, as is typical for Obamabots, their lint for brains interpreted it that way.

Listening to the Media make statements is like that game called, "Telephone" (also called "Rumor"), but instead of having a line of players in between the first person getting the message and the last person who recites what they heard, there are only two players in the Media's version.
