I was in first grade, lived 35 miles from Dallas, Oswald’s niece was in my class, and I’ve been fascinated with the events of that day ever since. Through the years I have had the opportunity to meet MANY of the people involved that day. I’ve met Oswald’s brother, 4 of the doctors who attended JFK at Parkland, many of the Dallas reporters there that day, Jim Leavelle who was handcuffed to LHO when he was shot, Buell Frazier, who drove LHO to work that day, one of the arresting officers at the Texas Theater, and several of the investigators including Robert Groden. It’s hard to believe that it’s been 45 years.........I hope that some day we know the truth.
Wow, that’s very impressive. What would you say is the most interesting thing you learned about the case from any of those people?
The closest I got to everything was that my family visited relatives in the Oak Cliff part of Dallas in the Summer of '63. Have visited Dealy Plaza a couple of times since then...
Wow, amazing.
We do know the truth.
