Do you think that the justices are afraid of being known for having influence? I don’t. It’s possible that they revel in their power. I don’t really know. I certainly doubt that they shrink from it, though.

If it were me, I would worry more about being known for allowing a non-citizen to assume the Presidency when I could have stopped it. An anti-American non-citizen with VERY strong ties to admitted terrorists.

Maybe he really is a citizen, but he has to prove it. The cloud of doubt hanging over him will continue to hang over his Presidency if he fails to show the BC. The court should force that issue.

This has nothing to do with “stealing” an election and everything to do with upholding the Constitution. I’m pretty sure the justices are all for upholding the Constitution, regardless of their political leanings.
