I don't see it that way at all since Berg took his case before a Federal Court and not a State Court. He wanted to be sure that Obama was removed from all election ballots.
I also believe that Obama was supposed to or wanted to lose so that a bloody revolution could be started in Chicago and DC. He was quite surprised when he won and was deflated at his rally there and the crowd that was supposed to rush the White House at around midnight, (complete with Communist flags) fizzled as well.
That is certainly a different perspective. Anything is possible these days. We live in the twilight zone, ya know. :)

Hussein is (IMO) not intelligent and cannot talk without a script, can’t think on his feet, probably didn’t write his books; his educational (and other) records are all sealed/erased/not available. I deem him a figurehead. He will (again, IMO) crack under pressure. And I don’t think Mrs. Hussein is supportive...
Is that why he went to such great links with Acorn...to lose this election. He had bus loads of Blacks from various churches going into various states committing voter fraud to elect him...yet he thought he’d lose?
He wasn not elated at his election rally in Chicago.
