This is interesting. Souter tells Obama to produce the vault copy by December 1, 2008. I believe the messiah will defy the Justices.
Who will force the issue? Who wants to open up that pandora's box? Imagine if there is something on that birth certificate that disqualifies Obama from the office of the President. What are you going to do? Start a civil war? There will be blood in the streets you try to enforce the rule of law. This should have happened before the election. Obambi knows it too.

At this point, Supreme Court Justice David Souter's Clerk informed Philip J. Berg, the lawyer who brought the case against Obama, that his petition for an injunction to stay the November 4th election was denied, but the Clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari (which requires the concurrence of four Justices) by December 1. At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond.
If Obama fails to do that, it is sure to inspire the skepticism of the Justices, who are unaccustomed to being defied. They will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.
"I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate," says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. "They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. The Court is very jealous of its power - even over presidents, even over presidents-elect."
Also remember that on December 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined that Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the Electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution.

It seems to me it would be the Secretary of State’s job to confirm eligibility.
Whatever P.E. Obama wanted to hide on his BC was to make sure he got elected first. Now, if it shows the wrong father or date or really anything, he’s home free. I am pretty sure he is American and born in Hawaii. I think it was something else weird on there, like race: white or father: that perv guy.
Of course the dems know....BERG IS A DEMOCRAT. He started this to support Hillary.
Glenn Beck mentioned it, said his mom was American, so the point is moot.

Savage had Berg on a couple of weeks ago and he knew little or nothing about the case after all the internet buzz.
There are hundreds of millions behind obama and it has been spread around.
Rush mentioned it several times but said he isn’t going there because he doesn’t believe there is validity enough that would change the outcome.. he thinks if something fishy was there, it would have come out a long time ago.. he said to focus on issue differences..
You have to first understand that Richardson is an idiot. A major idiot. I would not take anything he said about anything for granted, or use a statement of his to show that either he or others knew anything.
BTW as an interesting bit of gossip about Richardson- his mother lives in Mexico and many old timers in this area swear Richardson was born in Mexico. I think Richardson’s official bio says he was born in New Mexico- but some had questions about Richardson truly being eligible to be President also.
It amazes me that there are requirements for the office of President in the Constitution, yet there seems to be no process in place to make sure the candidates actually qualify. That is a hole big enough to drive a truck through if you ask me. We need to get some process in place in order to make sure candidates qualify. We can no longer simply depend on them to be honest about it.

Those states can speak for themselves and could, perhaps, recall and re-appoint but they do not supercede the Constitution which requires certain dates specific be met. Those dates will not be changed. There is no requirement in the US constitution that electors have to vote. They are complete free agents.
Electors were to be elected without influence by political parties (”factions” the Founders called them) perhaps with no idea who they were going to vote for. They were to meet in each state and make a decision who to vote for not follow the dictates of a political party or even legislature.
Fear of factions was a driving force at the Convention and devising a means of preventing and thwarting them a major concern. But it only took about five years before Jefferson and Madison created the first political party to stop Hamilton’s program adopted by Washington.
In addition to being an idiot, Richardson is full of s%^&*. Remember how he used to tell everyone he played professional baseball.. the truth was, he tried out once and wasn’t selected..
I was disappointed that Barry Toot didn’t make it to the aka list.
