If he is a natural born citizen then why doesn’t he simply produce it? I think we all know why.

I find it incomprehensible that not only has 0bamination been elected without proof of citizenship but equally as vomit inducing is putting a person in the highest office who cannot obtain a security clearance. How the heck does that happen???

Look at THESE — Exhibits in Berg’s case — affidavit signed Oct 27th.
FYI, only the “staying” of the election has been denied by Justice Souter. The Writ has not, so the case proceeds.
The next deadline is Dec 1 by which defendants must “answer”, and then Berg can answer their answer.
What is really HHHHOOOOTTTTT is the two Affidavits. These should make you very happy, especially tonight.
Here is the long-awaited statement from the Kenyan grandmother that he was born in Kenya. The two affidavits, from the Reverend and the Bishop. This is what Berg was waiting for, as he stated in an interview a week or so ago.
Also, there are exhibits that were puzzling to me, until I read them. The first, a newsletter from 2004, in pdf — if you search for “obama” you see his mug smiling and the notation that he was born in a hospital there in Hawaii.
The other pdf, from the Star Bulletin, says he was born in a different hospital.
Somewhere I heard, don’t remember where, that one of the two different hospitals claimed wasn’t even BUILT yet when he was born.

This pdf says he was born in Kenya.
No matter what laws the ‘Rats try to craft to declare Obama a natural born citizen, they still cannot enact an ex post facto law because there WAS a law in place when Obama was born and that law specifically states the requirements.
P.S. It’s not even a bill. It’s a resolution which has no weight in a court of law.

Yes. Under the laws at the time of Obama’s birth, in order to be a “natural born citizen” one must have been born in a US territory or state, OR if outside the US, at least one parent must have been a US Citizen AND have resided inside the US for at least 5 years after they turned 16.
Since Obama’s mother was 18 when he was born, and if it was outside the US, Obama is NOT a natural born citizen and is therefore unqualified to hold the office of the POTUS.
The Ayatollah Hussein IS NOT the President elect yet, and may never be. We will see what the Electors decide mid-December about supporting an illegal alien as President of the US. McCain may yet win.
When the electors meet, the clerk of the Senate will ask Obama for proof of citizenship; Pres. Bush offered his passport and likely Obama will do the same whether that document was obtained legally or fraudulantly will not be disputed at that point.
BO may not want to share his BC with the public because of information of paternity or other personal info such as religion which appears on BC’s of some States.
The only person with standing who would stand a chance of requiring a birth certificate would be John McCain who would have to sue; the chance of that happening is nil.
Beyond that, even if we later found that BO was born in Kenya, the only removal method from office would be impeachment; the chance of that happening is also nil.
