He was damaged by himself. You don’t go in on faith and morals and then prove to be unfaithful and immoral. That’s what he did. You want to run just on issues, fine. The Conservative movement, though, is more than just about economic issues, or social justice issues. At it’s core it is a movement backed by a simple concept: In God We Trust. That comes with some baggage I’ll gladly carry. And I will work to elect any one willing to carry that baggage to Washington. Those who subvert it by their egos ought to move aside.
