I would vote for Newt. I wish he was still in Congress.

Of course he is a good choice. Few if any of us can even name the the current chairman of the RNC.

Newt speaks well to the media and has access to all the MSM period. He can not be bullied and can articulate our point of view. In his book, “Real Change”, he outlined several issues that McCain should have embraced, energy independence, education (too bad the economy crashed, and too bad McCain said the fundamentals of the economy is strong).

For my fellow FReepers who don't like Newt, remember we have more in common with him than low profile folks who can't articulate and have no credible path to the media.

This may be the beginning of our way back.
