Also, the issue of Obama’s refusal to release his birth certificate has hurt his campaign, not helped it. We know that Obama wants to win this thing so bad he’ll do anything to gain power. Knowing that, why would he allow this issue to be an issue, when all he would have to do to stop the questions, stop the lawsuits, etc., is to SHOW US HIS DAMN BIRTH CERTIFICATE?! Inquiring minds want to know.

So since you followed this COLB story so closely (more than 99% of us) perhaps you can answer a few simple questions surrounding Obama’s birth.
Why hasn’t Obama produced a real copy of a certified BIRTH CERTIFICATE instead of a COLB? For $20, I believe, he can get a certified copy of the BC.
Why would Obama release his COLB scan on Daily Kos first?
Why would Obama swap the high resolution version he had on FIght the Smears (his own website) for a piss poor quality one after people like Polarik started analyzing it?
Why would he invite the leftist Annenburg Fact Check organization to take photos of the document instead of invinting multiple media outlets to examine it?
Why would Annenburg’s Fact Check not have a full rear photo of the back of the document since they were responding to allegations that demanded a full photo of the back of the document? And why the oddball angles on most of their shots?
Why would Annenburg’s Fact Check have date stamps of last March on their photos, when they implied they went and did the spread after the criticism mounted in August?

Why would Obama not produce his COLB as evidence to the Philadelphia court he was being sued in? Instead, he successfully fought it off by getting the judge to toss the whole thing because Berg did not have standing.
Why would Obama not just pay $20 for a certified copy of his BC instead of pay 10s of 1000s on lawyers to get Berg’s case tossed?
Which hospital was Obama born at in HI?

Hawaii officials have only said that the "have Obama's official birth certificate on record."
We don't know, for sure, when he was born, in what hospital, who was his biological father, and so forth.
And, since Hawaii can create "late" entries into their birth record if supplied by the mother, we have absolutely no clue what Stanley Dunham put on it.
