Did Hawaii Officials actually state, for the record, that Obama was a "Natural-born" citizen?

Wasn't it like yesterday, that everyone jumped on the "Gov. Lingle sealed Obama's birth certificate" bandwagon?

Did Obama threaten or pay anyone off while he was visiting his "sick" grandmother?
