It is interesting that Tom Fife’s only FR activity is this OP. He never did defend himself in the thread. It does verify what he said in the recent 6/11 trunews interview. He was just trying to get the word out as best he could. When he posted it on FR he did not know yet that Obama would win for sure yet because it was a few days before the 2008 election.

Why did she get so loose-tongued? I am not sure, but there were traditional Russian toasts being delivered through the evening and each of those were punctuated by a shot of very cold vodka. Also, there were some remarks made by an American in our group concerning his observations of the racial make up of the Russian people. This visibly irritated her, and I believe that was the emotional trigger for her to want to predict a racial comeuppance for the white America to which we were returning.

I actually own a fife:

Cooperman 10 hole Concert Fife in Rosewood, similar to the ones used a couple of years ago by The Old Guard Fife & Drum Corps. Theirs were Grenadilla, not Rosewood.
