This BS about the necessity to avert a constitutional crisis is just that, BS.
The only crisis will be when the first member of Congress formally objects on (or before) Jan 6 to the validity of a state’s Certification of Vote and the Dem politicians try to do what they do the best.
It's triage time . . . if one is going after undecideds start hammering taxes, economy, nanny state, etc. By nature of the clock, this story is now but a sideshow.
23% of Texans think Obama is a muslim and you think that mentioning the birth certificate should take a back seat to repetitive, uninspired droning. Sorry, that doesn’t cut it with me.

Paper today said an official in Hawaii announced BHO was born in Hawaii but curiously, nobody will release any birth records. Guess we’re just supposed to take their word???? Is there a ACORN in Hawaii? Or maybe they’re called COCONUTS for Obama over there.

It’s really quite simple: vigilant citizens want to determine if a candidate is Constitutionally qualified. A Troll Against Vigilance likes to nag vigilant citizens.
I think that, at this stage of the Election cycle, we should concentrate on defeating Obama and dealing with a possible Constitutional crisis later.
I mean, c'mon, who are you going to convince that Obama is not a U.S. citizen apart from someone who is not planning on voting for him anyway?

I think we agree on that. And I don’t think anyone disagrees with that fundamental proposition that the Constitution clearly requires the President to be 35 years old and a natural born citizen.
I think the disagreement is on the proper process for determining the substantive requirement. Some contend that this is an issue appropriate for a court to decide. I contend that the court in Robinson v. McCain got that right – the process is set forth in the Constitution (Voters > Electors > Congress).
