Yeah...sounds like the scum left in your garbage disposal. As long as it’s not disturbed, you can live with it...deal with it...but the moment you “disturb” the mess, start stirring it up, it begins to stink, and no matter how many times you wash your hands, no matter how much you “clean” it out, you can’t get rid of the stench.
