AP Oversamples Dems In New Poll... And Can Only Come Out with a Statistical Tie

AP Oversamples Dems In New Poll... And Can Only Come Out with a Statistical Tie —Ace OMG: They actually didn't even note this remarkable finding, and of course the most interesting data in the poll, in the headline.

Wait, did I say they didn't mention the 44-42 result in the headline? I meant they didn't mention it in the entire article.

It could be that they think this is an outlier and so don't want to promote the result they got.

However, the MSM has no problem at all vigorously promoting outlier results which show The One Who Spreads the Wealth up by 15 or more points.

So:

1) They don't believe the poll;

or

2) They don't want to believe the poll.

Or some combination of those together.

She’s been around here for a long time. Comes crawling out of the liberal weeds every election cycle.

Sample 2000 people. Take the 1000 that give the desired results.

How many do this?

Agreed. Now that you think about it, theres nothing to stop an Obama spy from going into a McCain HQ, grabbing a bunch of signs and bumper stickers from a volunteer, and tossing them in the trash when they get home.

I live in Cary, just down the road from you. Obama signs and McCain signs are running about even. Obama stickers are way ahead though.

True, Obama people could be stealing them, but I’m hearing the same sorts of “we’re always outta signs!” stories from all across the country.

I’m probably going to be going to my MoveOn.org voter canvassing meeting in Chapel Hill tomorrow (seriously!). I’m hoping to mole out anything that might be incriminating.

...every election cycle.

Yes, I am here every election year and there is an election of some kind just about every year here in Murrysville, PA. Nobody ever disputes the accuracy of information I post here on FR - just attacks on me without any substantive defense of bankrupt Republican party ideology.

I hope you have your meds handy, because you and millions of other Prozac-poppin Obots are in for a rude awakening the day after the election.

I didn't attack you. You have been around for 10 years spouting left wing talking points and you're still here!

You don't provide any information to dispute, just misguided and wrongheaded opinions (as is your right). Isn't America great!

Your brothers and sisters at DU and Kos are not as tolerant of opposing viewpoints.

As I previously stated, I love the comic relief. Keep it up!

Absolutely. The only poll which should be given ANY, although small, amount of cred should be the one the week before the election. Even then, not much.

i was polled by Rasmussen today... they asked many questions about Colin Powell in addition to the standard ones... they wanted to know if Powell’s endorsement of either candidate would sway my vote... it’s amazing that i even picked up the phone... i didn’t recognize the number, and i almost never answer even if i know who’s calling...

You and I should get together on election day.

I could use a few cartons of free cigarettes, free booze, and a free tank of gas courtesy of ACORN.

Just had one of those “A- Ha” moments:

Laura is on for O’Reilly tonight and she was stating her disappointment that there were more registered “D” in the US than “R” right now. We know “ACORN has added to that number, but I think we’ve all forgotten what happened in the spring.

I work the polls. In the spring several, at least 10% of the “D” voters in my precinct of our community, asked for a “D” ballot even though they were staunch “R”. Remember Rush? They all voted for Hillary. and because there were more “D” ballots requested BO thinks he has IN locked up.....SURPRISE! he he he he he ;=)

The drive-bys for bambi are spending more time digging into Joe the plumber/6 pack, average America than they are bambi’s background!

Turnabout is fair play. Let's dig into every aspect of the lives of the Presstitutes. Let's see how they like the treatment.
