Philip J Berg explains his lawsuit in federal court that states that Obama is not eligible to be president

I have heard that he was a major fundraiser for Hillary.
And I’m sure the Clintons’ gave him a heads up...they looked at bambi’s file at State....knows he isn’t an American citizen. There was such a stink about it; obviously they couldn’t use it. So it was given to Berg and he is carry this ball for them.
Interesting that even Fox news has not reported on this that I’m aware of.
If it is decided afterward and it is true that he is not a natural citizen then would impeachment follow?
I simply do not understand this at all.
But some other poster on FR said Berg also made statements saying that Bush, et al were in on 9/11.
I’ve read he is a nut.
You asked — “If it is decided afterward and it is true that he is not a natural citizen then would impeachment follow?”
I seriously doubt that, with all the Democrats in the House. Do you think Pelosi would let that go through?
And then — “I simply do not understand this at all.”
Well, you and a lot of other people. I mean, there are a lot of Republicans who think it has already been shown that Obama is a natural-born citizen, so those Republicans are not going to press this issue. And then the Democrats are not going to press it either. And then the judge doesn’t look like he’s going to do anything other than “go through the motions” of making it look like “something” is happening (although nothing is happening right now).
So, this issue is going to go nowhere...
What I don’t understand is how the Dems in Congress could defy the constitutional requirement. If they could allow him to remain in office knowing that he was never eligible, is not his election null and void? Frankly, the more I think about it, the election would be invalid so impeachment would not even be required.
If they can get away with this (providing that O, indeed, is not a citizen), then why can’t the Dems just dispense with every other constitutional amendment?
I think it just needs to be confirmed or not.
