I looked at the brief. It is rather specific in the claims that a birth certificate proving a Kenyan birth have been found. The plantiff is also setting a date of October 15 (Wednesday) for the defendants (Hussein, DNC) to respond.

My prediction for this up-coming week: The judge will rule by the 15th in favor of the plantiff and set a date for O and DNC to comply. Soon after that, this Kenyan BC, the and documentation of the forged Hawiian BC will released. Maybe online, maybe from a group here or overseas. A press conference will eventually occur. The story will have legs (Especially if the Clintons are behind it.)

By the end of the week, people will be talking about it. The possible disqualification of Hussein from the election, the forged Hawiian BC, mounting questions on Hussein. By next Sunday, any lead that O had will be gone.
