The AP writes:
In February, Obama strategist David Axelrod told the Politico Web site: "Bill Ayers lives in his neighborhood. Their kids attend the same school. They're certainly friendly, they know each other, as anyone whose kids go to school together." But while Ayers and Obama are acquainted, the charge that they "pal around" is a stretch of any reading of the public record.
Are they friendly? Certainly.
Do they pal around? Certainly not.

He’s not the Pal I knew!
Was Obama a member of Ayer’s terrorist group? Did Obama engage in any terrorist acts?
If he did, even if he was never convicted, he should not be allowed to serve as POTUS.
The AP sure is far more concerned with parsing of words when it is their candidate under scrutiny than when its the enemy.
How old are the Ayer’s Kids....... Seems that he is pretty old to have kids going to elementry school....
Yeah. Right there with Maria and Gordon and Big Bird.
Good catch. Considering that his wife is also a former WU member and close to his age.
Quite the verbal gymnastics there Axelrod, the Russian Judge gives you a 5.2

How about Obama openly campaigning for his communist cousin Odinga who signed a pact with Muslims to enact Sharia Law if elected and started riots when he lost. Obama campaigned for an openly Anti-American candidate in a foreign country in 2006 at taxpayer expense.
The end of an empire is messy at best
and this empire is ending like all the rest.
Like the Spanish Armada adrift on the sea
Were adrift in the land of the brave
And the home of the free
Goodbye. Goodbye. Goodbye
Now why would unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers quote this poem on his blog the whole month of September? Do you think he knows something, or hopes for something that we dont?
You’re right. The assertion has already been discredited on that basis.
Yet AP can say boldly that Obama is certainly Obama's friend, yet not his pal. That makes perfect sense to Obama's typical half-thinking brainwashed voter.
In fact, the typical Democratic voter loves that kind of bold standing up to truth. They view truth and common sense as oppressors.
Evils like Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Mao rose through the employment of such bold lies. There is an inherent ruthlessness in the employment of such statements, and that kind of ruthless wielding of power is admired by many democrats, liberals, marxists, socialists and social deconstructionists.
Why? Because reality itself is their oppressor, and ONLY in lies and enforced fantasy is there LIBERATION.
We in America think of "fantasy" as harmless -- but it is not when backed by a gun, by an army, by secret police and tyrannical tribunals and a gulag. Yet it is lies and fantasy that are what tyrants make as their test of loyalty to the cause.
Obama lies because that is POWER. The AP has learned it, has sipped that concoction. The AP emulates Obama, Obama has learned in the lap of Davis, at the shoulder of Ayers, from the marxist and racial revolutionaries. Forcing a lie upon the people is the greatest form of political power.
You nailed it. It’s Newspeak.
Well, duh. Sarah should have said he was certainly friendly with the terrorist. Then AP would have ended up calling itself racist.
ok...am i missing something? is the AP trying to be funny because the is freakin’ hilarious...how are they playing the race card on this? Do they expect to be taken seriously?
From wiki:
Ayers is married to Bernardine Dohrn, a fellow former leader of the Weather Underground. They have two adult children and shared legal guardianship of a third child, Chesa, who was Kathy Boudin’s child with David Gilbert. Chesa was raised to adulthood while both his parents were in prison for the Brinks robbery. Ayers and Dohrn currently live in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago.[45][46]
Obama’s kids are 6 and 9.
They may have gone to the same school, but at different times. Axelrod specifically said they went to school together. Hannity or Rush ought to pick up on that fact.
David Axelrod is a champion of the Peter Principle, thank God.
Laboring together in a direct-report relationship handling tens of millions of dollars over years is hardly... “palling around,” no.
