Intimidation of the Electoral College
9-27-2008 | Brown Dirt Cowboy

Posted on 09/27/2008 10:17:41 AM PDT by Brown Dirt Cowboy

As a true conservative, let me give you my revelation of who will be the next president of the U.S.A. Unfortunately, it will be Barak Hussien Obama. Why? Because, as evident concerning the intimidation and spin we are witnessing everyday, it will just get worse. In the end, because of the events of threats from law enforcement agencies in Missouri and Illinois if ads are continued that speak the truth about Obama, for one example, and for another example, the threats I personally hear in my hometown of Memphis, TN., from the black community, that if Obama is not elected, there will be chaos like never seen before, even worse that the 60's. Yes, a black man came on a local AM radio station and admitted this, and said there are THOUSANDS of black people who feel the same way. Do you think this will not happen, or at least threats of this happening, in other major cities across the country? Guess again. You see, this is how democrats win. Through lies, intimidation, and confusion. It does not matter how immoral or un-ethical it is, IT'S ALL ABOUT WINNING! I also predict the "Congressional Black Caucus" will, along with other political and elite people, not just from this country, but around the world, will intimidate the Electoral College, even force them, to elect Barak Hussien Obama. Do you actually believe no influence from other countries is being injected into this election? I believe McCain-Palin will win the majority of the vote by an overwhelming number, but as I said, the electoral college is who actually picks the president. If you thinks Obama is scary now, just wait until he is elected!! Do we not see communist style tactics such as Hugo Chavez is using in Venezuela being used in this country??!! These last few weeks will only get worse. God help the United States of America!!!

Do not misunderestimate John McCain. We at FR made that mistake during the primaries.

John McCain has a little less than a month to bring about a miracle. Good luck to him. I believe in miracles. I just don’t count on them.

The map shows Davidson Co., TN (Nashville), as red, but it went for Gore in 2000 and Kerry in 2004.

Besides, the last “master stroke” was a bust that he only sort of recovered from. He might have done better in yesterday’s debate if he got a little more sleep in a hotel instead of an airplane.

Anyone feeling pressured to vote for Obama, can easily say they are voting for the big cry baby, then in the voting booth vote for someone else, hopefully McCain. They call it a secret ballot for a reason.

The electoral votes are cast in the states and the results sent to the Senate. VP Cheney will be in charge of opening the certificates and counting the votes. The Congressional Black Caucus won't be able to intimidate Cheney. (The Senate Black Caucus has only one member.)

There is more danger, if the outcome is extremely close in terms of electoral votes, of individual electors being blackmailed before they vote, as the 'Rats talked of trying to do in 2000. That's not likely to work.

I’m saying it could happen could it not? Is it impossible? As I said, this is my opinion from absorbing events taking place today. I know some have replied that Democrat’s have been doing this fort of stuff for years, but our world is changing. Libeals are turning from wolves into rabid wolves. How private are the votes of the electorate? Have we ever received information on these people about their votes. I’ll admit, I’m not a political genius by any stretch of the imagination, and don’t claim to be, I just don’t trust our electoral college to do the right thing in this election, and I always have before. Help me out here. I would love to hear how this would be an IMPOSSIBLE thing to happen. As realdifferent1 stated, when I get off the librium, I will read more replies, and maybe I should quit being so pessimistic! Thanks

Didn’t the Democrats in Florida in 2000 have people go into the booth with the voters to “help” them, in some cases?

I didn’t see the whole debate, just caught the last 15 minutes or so. To me, it seemed like a draw to me. So you’re saying that Obama won the debate?

We can easily fight back against the intimidation. Spread the KMOV broadcast to everyone you know, call your Representatives on Monday and alert them and demand action immediately. Call The Missouri Bar in Jefferson City and voice protest against the threat of prosecution against free speech and abuse of power. Call in to Rush, Hannity, Levin et al. Make sure they hammer away at this unbelievable threat to our civil liberties.

Let everyone you know that this is the type of mindset that a Stalinist like Obama will surround himself with. These are the ones who are pulling his puppet strings.

Just like their candidate, these 1984ers will back down once the spotlight of criticism exposes them for the slime they truly are.

I do not know your motives, Brown Dirt Cowboy, but as far as the Rat Party (formerly the traditional, patriotic Democratic Party) goes I've seem them do the meanest things from the time that they were just street rabble to today when they have a "political" party.

Examples of both.

It's an old trick but if it's another close election it might work this time.

Bob Beckel backed blackmailing bid. 2000 Electoral College delegates not bound by law to vote for the Repulican were open to blackmail if Rat stalwarts could find dirt and the Rats looked real hard for enough dirt.

Here

According to Karenna Gore her father personally stopped efforts of his people to stir up race riots during the 2000 election dispute. David Frums Diary, NOV. 19, 2002: GORE SPEAKS.

My own experience and memories. As for threats of violence it's no different that the 1960s. The Left will no doubt stir up as much hatred and violence as possible -- one difference though is this time they have millions and millions of ILLEGAL aliens among whom are IMO tens of thousands just looking for an excuse.

Seriously, all, keep up with local news and above all look for alternate routes around town, as necessary. I remember some Reginald Denny-type beatings of commuters in Cincinnati where I was living at the time.

Thanks Verginius Rufus. My first time on blog sites, and some seem to want me to move along because they feel I am trying to creating panic or something, which I am not trying to do, and I don’t need medication thanks very much, to the reply of “verydifferent1”. Anyway, your comment on a close electoral vote on intimidation, and/or blackmail, is what I am worried about. Your right though, most likely won’t happen. But this is not the 2000 election either. The libs are VERY desperate for a democrap president. Thanks again for the explanation.
