Looks like Olbermann isn’t starting the week off on a good foot. The Edward R. Murrow Apparition was unable to claim his usual #2 spot at 8PM in 25-54 last night. (That's Olbermann's primal scream Rorschach inkblot). Placing fourth on Friday during a big night of news – Hurricane Ike, Olbermann was not able to climb back to his perch. Instead, he was #3 last night in his time slot, behind Nancy Grace.

What about the new moon-bat, Rachel Maddow. I didn’t hink anyone could be more smug, arrogant, condesceding, and childish than Olbermann . . . but then she came along.
I think what’s even more interesting is that CNN’s Election Center trails them all...
I knew the NBC networks were in trouble when they brought in Alan Keyes and he smoked Donahue in the same time spot but they canceled Keyes anyway.
Why is it that all liberal “political pundits” are so unfunny? O’Reilly is not my cup of tea, too much of an egoist. But he does manage to get in a few lines and even poke fun at himself. Rush is hysterical no matter what you think of his political views. Olbermman? A lot of hate, vitriole and vindictive sniping. He is preaching to the choir and I bet, in his few years at a MessNBC he has persuade no-one.

Re: Liberal wackos not being funny. You forgot Bill Maher. For a comedian, he is really unfunny. And lest you think I am prejudice because of his politics, I will tell you of a very liberal comedian who is funny. His name is Doug Stanhope. I disagree with 99% of his politics, but at least he is clever and funny. Bill Maher is just an insipid idiot without an ounce of wit.
