I don't consider it "racist" for either Al-Mansour or the Saudis to have paid for his education. The question is WHY did they pay for his education?

Just like college sports teams have scouts evaluating high school players, and pro teams have people who keep track of promising college players, I think that the Saudis have scouts in various places looking for future "agents of influence"

You think people with $billions would mind spreading around $100K here and there to advance the careers of promising young people, who in the future may be in prominent positions, and owe the Saudis a favor?
