I wrote to Glenn R. Simpson at WSJ Online who mouthed the Obama talking points that they had returned the money (Routed the Illegal Donations Out). He responded that he had no intention of following up on the story.

I fear the ONLY thing that will happen is some anti_Obama group will have to look at EVERY donation, and then protest it, then it will be returned. Might as well check everything, as Obama disqualified EVERY opponent in his IL State Primary.
