If he was asked to prove his quals by an officer of a state government before being allowed on the ballot, and he produced a forgery in paper I would agree with you. But having his computer geeks put a forgery upon a website is hardly a crime. And there is no direct evidence that the BC was posted on the order of the haloed one.

To make this go away or prove his disquals a state secretary of state from a GOP controlled state needs to request his quals prior to allowing his name on the state ballot. I don't think that's going to happen.

It is a crime if you put it up and have your spokesman claim it is real. That is what has happened. They also emailed it to several media outlets, and told them this is their proof.
