In contrast we have statements (but not sworn testimony) in front of cameras by the Governor of Hawaii that she saw Obama's original birth certificate.

Even if she did say that in front of cameras, which I've never seen (where's the link to the video?), how is that in contrast? So what if she's seen the original birth certificate? It doesn't mean that 0bomba was born in Hawaii.

I don't know if she's seen the certificate, haven't found any videos of her saying she has. Just this from the Honolulu Advertiser:
Lingle never sealed anything. And the state Registrar of Vital Statistics has verified to The Advertiser, through the governor's office, that the original, official birth certificate is on file

That's pretty vague, and certainly doesn't say the governor looked at the thing.
