"According to this, illegal aliens are required to register with the SSS...I read it and I didn't see illegal alien anywhere. It does say Aliens. There is a difference between an Alien and an Illegal Alien.

In the sixth box down you will see... Undocumented (illegal) aliens with an ‘X’ in the ‘YES’ column.
