Yeah, but during the 04 campaign there were questions about whether Kerry had really gotten an honarable discharge. IIRC,the discharge date and what would have been the end of his stint did not match....but did match with the Carter pardon and bump in discharge classifications. Maybe the rats DO learn when they've been through the maze before?

That is the scenario I thought you were referring to. I remember you all discussing that. I can’t contribute much to that one. I was able to find the verbage for the pardon at the time and posted it. Then I just watched the discussion going back and forth. Much of it was a bit over my head because I didn’t have background to understand how it worked.
