I saw that, but didn’t comment although I do believe it. It’s such a shame that when people write such interesting snippets, they don’t bother to link to a source, or give an indication of where one might find it.
It was in Pakistan apparently, that he learned the difference between shia and sunni...I take that statement with a grain of salt, I think what that points to is that’s when he immersed himself further into islam. A trip to Mecca with his very wealthy Paki hosts would quite reasonably follow...

Someone needs to look into this.
Note the two spellings for Chandoo/Chandio.
Extraordinary claim. Needs extraordinary proof.
It would also be proof positive of Obama being muslim.
And after all his denials of islam, that should suffice to both sink his career and earn him his very own fatwa.
