It doesn't matter where Obama was born. If his mother was a US citizen, then he is.

You are correct, but I do have some questions.

If the KOS published birth certificate is fake (as appears to be virtually certain at this point), why would the Obama campaign push it as a valid document? Why take the chance? Why not either keep quiet or publish a scan of the real document?

I believe exposing this as fake is largely being driven by the Clinton camp, hoping that Hillary can snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. We should be keeping our ammo dry until after the rat convention when it should be too late for the rats to abandon Obama's sinking ship.

Actually no. He is not a US citizen if his mother was married to a Kenyan, and he was born in his Kenya.

That would make him a Kenyan, by birth.

Do you really think the US has infinite rights to all your decedents?

That's just a ridiculous thing to say at this point. It's wrong.

Read the footnotes to 8 USC Sec. 1401(g) which set out the legislation by which that statute was modified over the years.

If Obama was born in Kenya to Stanley Ann Dunham Obama, a US Citizen mother, and an alien (non-citizen) father married to his mother, he is not a US Citizen absent a naturalization proceeding. And if became a Citizen as a result of a naturalization proceeding, he is disqualified under Article II, Sec. 1, Par. 4 of the US Constitution from serving as President. Simple as that.

There is a fine legal opinion on a separate thread posted here: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2040753/posts

Read it. If you have a problem with any of the words, let me know.
