The actions filed against the McCain campaign are in the nature of mandamus actions seeking relief of an order directing the appropriate state official to decertify delegates previously certified to the National Convention as elected Obama delegates. We are a little late for that but you might be able to shorten time; consolidate a number of individual state actions into a single action for this purpose.

Also wouldn't the challenge be to putting the candidate on the November ballots? Primaries were a different thing -- not even sure if in them one was voting for the candidate, or just for the delegates to a political party's convention.

I’ve reread your post several times, even with the understanding that you said McCain intead of Obama, and I still don’t understand what you are saying in regards to my suggestion of referring this to ICE.gov.
