Thanks! I finally saw some fuzzy lines in a circle.

Where in Australia do you live? My sister lived in Meldale so I understand about the time.

"fuzzy lines in a circle..." That's all I could find, can't make a FULL circle out of it. If I was a doubting person, (LOL!) I could say someone set down a damp wine glass...or maybe it's some kind of mark on the back of the doc to show where the seal SHOULD go.

Until something better comes along, I'm sticking with the above analysis. Check it out. The CoLB on the fightthesmears website shows no evidence of a seal.

I'm no genius, but what follows here appears to me to be a very dubious attempt to prove there is evidence of a seal on the back of the document:

...Doug Ross did a great job of showing the time stamp, the stamp of the state seal and the signature area impressions coming in from the back of the Kos and BHO Campaign images, further proving their authenticity - not proving a forgery:

Does that say COMING IN FROM THE BACK? Then WHY is the date stamp shown as it would be if he was looking at the BACK OF THE DOCUMENT?
