And that is where you are wrong.
Obama has not released anything at all, no matter how you want to dress up the document on the Kos and Smear sites. Obama linked to an invalid web artifact and demands that the rest of us accept it as legal and valid substitute for a physical document with clear certifications. I don't have to concoct any evidence at all, because Obama has not offered any legal evidence in the first place.
But Obama has concocted evidence, as it clearly is not the physical certified document that the state of Hawaii says it only deals in, but a web image of only one side of a claimed document. Until Obama provides the real thing to an authoritative body, only he is concocting evidence.

His campaign has released evidence, a scan of his COLB that says he was born in Hawaii. You cannot prove its legit without seeing the original and noboy has come even close to proving its a forgery.

Were we in a courtroom and the burden was on him to prove it, I’d agree that he has not proven it beyond a reasonable doubt. But that still leaves the fact that *all* you have right now are doubts. The previous claims that ‘proved’ it was a forgery for various reasons? They were busted.
