Yes, I've seen that banner, and it is no longer visible on a page within the site, but is still on the usafricaonline.com server (see
here.) I have also seen the article it accompanied, and it did not quote any Kenyan relatives, or even repeat what the headline seems to be proclaiming. By itself, that headline is meaningless.
